When you place your order, we know that you want to receive your item as fast as possible — and we'll make that happen.

How long does the entire process take, from order to delivery?

We do our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible, depending on your location.

Entire India: 5–9 business days

After you submit your order, what happens next?

• Our team manually reviews all of the day's orders. This review is completed within 24 hours and includes checking each customer's details — shipping address, spelling, missing house/street number, and so on. Cancellation is still possible during this window.
• After review, the day's orders are fulfilled: packaging, sorting, and dispatch. At this stage, no cancellation is accepted.
• Delivery is handled by India Post.

All orders ship with a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please note that packages may occasionally face delays beyond our control, such as postal delays.
