At Piklo, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy for all orders.
Since we operate with global dropshipping partners, items are shipped directly from our international warehouses. This means we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

All sales are final.

We cannot provide refunds in the following situations:

Delivery delays caused by logistics/customs

🔄 Replacement Only (If Product Is Damaged)
We only offer replacement, not refund or return, for:

To request a replacement, you must provide:

⚠️ No Refund for Sale / Discount Items
All sale items, promotions, deals, discounts, seasonal collections, combos and limited-edition drops are non-refundable & non-returnable.
🚚 Delivery Delays
Since our products are shipped from international warehouses, delivery may take 8–20 working days depending on your region.
Delays due to customs or logistics do not qualify for return or refund.
🎁 Gifts
Gift items follow the same No Return / No Refund Policy.
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed by our warehouse (usually within 1–4 hours).
